The 8th moveon Conference in Prague presents the new online version of moveon that many of the current moveon users have already waited for. The new user-friendly version moveon 4 is available online and therefore worldwide accessible.

The Conference will be an excellent opportunity to discover and discuss the technology behind moveon 4 and learn about its functionalities. In various sessions in at least three languages moveon users and those interested in becoming one will learn how moveon 4 covers important areas such as statistics, mobility management as well as finance and co-operations management. Topics such as data security and privacy will be equally discussed. Universities that have already tested the new version will be invited to present their feedback. The exchange of best practice experiences among moveon users from all across Europe will remain a major part of the conference.

Just as in previous years, you will have the chance to discuss country specific issues during the community meetings and ask individual questions, also regarding the current version moveon 3 for which participants can still await further tips & tricks.

The moveon User Community keeps on growing since its early beginning in 2001. In more than 10 years it has grown to 300 International Offices in 22 countries worldwide which are now using moveon for the management of their international relations and activities. This corresponds to 1,500 users who rely on moveon every day, as well as 100,000 students worldwide whose exchanges and mobilities are being processed through moveon. The most active ones among these 1,500 staff are once more going to come together at this year’s moveon Conference in Prague.
