Deadlines:

Registration opens:	27th  February 2012
Early bird deadline:	30th April 2012
Online registration ends:	10th June 2012
Conference dates:	27th - 29th June 2012

 

Registration fees:

Pre-Conference Seminars:	195 EUR
Early Bird (Registration until 30th April):	280 EUR
Regular ( Registration until 10th June):	350 EUR
Pre-Conference Dinner (single):	35 EUR
Saturday City Tour:	50 EUR

 

All prices are shown excluding VAT. The participation fee covers all conference sessions, lunch on both days and the conference dinner. The Pre-Conference seminars and the Prague City Tour on Saturday have to be paid seperately.

 

Payment:

After registration for the conference an invoice will be issued containing the total amount due for the registered participant(s) from your institution. Invoices for participants will be issued at the beginning of May. Payments should be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

 

Transfer of registration:

Transfer of a registration to another colleague within the same institution is possible and free of charge but must be clarified beforehand with QS unisolution.

 

Cancellation:

The following charges apply for cancelled registrations:

Cancellation on/ before 15 May 2012: no charge

Cancellation after 15 May 2012: 50 EUR

Cancellation after 10 June 2012: full conference fee will be charged.

 

Refunds:

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to QS unisolution. If you have already paid your conference fee when you cancel, QS unisolution will take the cancellation charge from your refund. If you have not yet paid your fee when you cancel, QS unisolution will send you an invoice for the cancellation charge if applicable.
